Serving North Carolina and Georgia — check your county

Field technicians — North Carolina and Georgia

We’re building a technician network across both states. Technicians visit properties and collect structured data — specific measurements, specific photo angles, a defined checklist — following a protocol set by the reviewing engineer.

We accept applications from any county in North Carolina or Georgia. Technician coverage is what upgrades a county to site-visit service, so we want these applications ahead of demand.

To be clear about scope: technicians document conditions. They do not diagnose, assess severity, or make recommendations — that’s the engineer’s role and the engineer’s license. If you already do field work for a PE firm, this is familiar territory.

Per-visit contract work. You’ll need your own general liability insurance and a current W-9.

Licensed Professional Engineers — North Carolina and Georgia

We’re expanding our reviewing engineer bench. You control scope, methodology, and every professional opinion — the platform organizes evidence and handles administration so you spend your time on judgment instead of paperwork. You decide what level of evaluation each case requires, and nothing is released without your approval.

You work through your own firm, and letters go out under your seal.
