Our refund policy

Monthly subscription
The $10/month platform subscription is cancellable anytime. You won’t be charged for the next billing cycle after you cancel, and nothing you’ve already submitted becomes inaccessible.
Engineering fees
If Instant Engineer declines your case, or we cannot serve your area, any engineering fee you’ve paid for that case is refunded in full. Engineering fees are otherwise billed by the licensed engineering firm on your case once work is underway.
